Certified Architectual Historian
We are looking for a certified architectual historian to help us note and evaluate historical buildings. Full knowledge in CEQA guidelines and Federal laws are a must.
Principal Investigator
We are looking for several highly experienced Principal Investigators to
oversee and run multiple complex projects in southern California. The successful candidates must
meet the Secretary of Interior standards and guidelines and have been a PI for a minimum of five
years in southern California. Full knowledge in CEQA guidelines and Federal laws are a must.
Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to run
projects throughout southern California. The preferred candidate
must be RPA certified and have a working familiarity with the
Federal and State Cultural Resource laws, standards, and guidelines.
We require the candidate to have at least 5 years of PM experience
in southern California. He/she must be able to analyze and evaluate
prehistoric and historic sites and materials found in the desert,
inland, and coastal communities. Analytical skills and CRM report
writing is essential.
Field Technician
We are currently hiring field technicians to work
on multiple projects throughout southern California. We are looking
for full time temporary and/or permanent employees to assist our
field directors on Phase II and III excavations and monitor
construction projects. We are also looking for paleontology monitors
with geology backgrounds for field and lab work. You must have at
least a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Geology, History or
related science and have a minimum of one year paid, local field
experience.
Specialist
We are always looking for people who specialize in
HISTORIC ARCHAEOLOGY, PALEONTOLOGY and/or GEOLOGY. If you specialize in an area that you

Positions currently filled: Field Director
We are not hiring for this position at this time. A field director must posses analytical skills to develop a treatment plan and implement that plan pursuant to the federal and state regulatory standards. Crew Chief
We are not hiring for this position at this time.
This position is usually awarded to the technician who has the most qualified experience and has demonstrated ability to be responsible for the other crew members. A crew chief leads by example and is responsible for proper documentation of records and notes. Lab Supervisor
This position is currently filled.
This person is responsible for everything that happens in the lab; organization, documentation and procedures for accurate processing. The Lab Supervisor must keep control of multiple projects by way of effective separation and scheduling and is responsible for the supervision of lab personnel on a daily basis. Lab Technician
We are not hiring for this position at this time.
In order to keep the continuity in our data processing, our field technicians do the lab work on non-field days, when projects are rained out or on Saturdays. We would specifically hire lab technicians in the event that we become too busy in the field to process the data timely. |
